In 2010 two press machines of 200 ton and one press machine of 300 ton were installed, thus trial and high-volume production by the employment of large-size dies became possible.
In regards to large sized-motor core, lamination and rotational lamination employing oil hydraulic cylinder is also possible.

High speed production is accomplished by the use of 0.5mm or less of thickness sheet-material of progressive dies, such as laminated cores for vibration motors with the smallest diameter ofφ2.3mm.

Planking of 1 to 4 mm of thickness is produced by progressive press work, including heatsinks.
Additionally drawing production of motor cases, stainless steel blanking and forging production are executed.

Lead frame, electronic parts for transistors among others are degreased and cleaned. Elimination of burr after press work and other roughness by barrel polishing process also is possible.

In 2010 we have installed two 3D measuring machines.
Furthermore, we posses accurate, state-of-the-art measuring equipment such as CNC image measuring machines, geometric measuring machines and toolmaker's microscopes among other equipment, therefore a variety of measurements are possible.
