We have the capacity to produce large-sized motor core for cars as well as a variety of them. High precision products are produced by caulking employing oil hydraulic cylinder technology. Additionally, rotational lamination is also employed.

We have a good track record manufacturing dies from an external core diameter ofφ2.3 to 260mm. Lamination is possible with materials as thin as 0.1 mm employing accurate caulking lamination technology in the die. Manufacturing thin boards provided us a broad experience in straight lamination to rotational lamination. Our company is involved from the customer development stage to the motor core test. Especially for cores of φ30mm or less, mother dies are already prepared, therefore tests can be carried out quickly and at low cost.

In 2000, lamination of vibration motors for mobile phone was achieved successfully, from then on, applying φ2.3 toφ3mm caulking method, lamination of micro motor core was achieved. Furthermore, we have a good track record in manufacturing strict precision motor cores for digital cameras, audio systems and other products.

Other than motor core and lead frame dies, we make excellent use of punching, bending, drawing, squashing (coining) technologies among others, in the production of a variety of dies. Please confer with us. We have a wide experience in the use of materials difficult to process such as aluminum, kovar, stainless steel and others. The press work allows material thickness from 0.04 to 3.5 mm.

We have a wide experience in the field of precision press products such as in-car products, domestic electrical appliances, electronic devices, etc.
In regards to the materials, stainless steel, copper, kovar and other materials are employed in our processes. From thin stainless steel foil of 0.03mm precision blanking to 3.5 mm aluminum coining works are possible.
Furthermore, we respond to the broad needs of our customers such as shallow drawing to a variety of bending works.

We have a wide experience producing high-pin count lead frames of more than 100 pins and a wide range of diverse dies. Also abounding experience in the production of lead frame dies for transistors made of irregular-shape materials are part of our background. The dies produced by the excellent micro-fabrication technology of our company have been highly considered as “been able to keep steady quality over a long period of time”.
